3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on the ultrabet platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details is a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ultrabet immediately and take steps to secure your login information.
ultrabet will never ask for your password via email or any unsolicited communication. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of ultrabet, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ultrabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
ultrabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, irregular betting patterns, or failure to meet verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any active bets will be settled according to standard rules, and remaining balances will be processed through standard withdrawal procedures, subject to compliance review.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the ultrabet platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or dispute resolution bodies in the Philippines.
